Role Overview

• Lead estimating and preconstruction across piping and sheet metal

• Manage labor planning, cost control, and overall project performance

• Partner closely with field leadership to align execution and manpower

• Own key client and GC relationships; support business development efforts

• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence

• Mentor and develop Project Managers and future leaders

Background

• 10+ years of mechanical project management experience

• Strong expertise in piping and sheet metal systems

• Design-build and estimating experience required

• Proven client-facing leadership and relationship management

• Mechanical design experience and LEED a plus
