Responsibilities
The General Manager will oversee and coordinate all branch operations, including sales, marketing, installation, and service. Key responsibilities include:
Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance
Prepare operational and financial projections; develop strategies to achieve goals
Resolve issues, research problems, and ensure customer expectations are met
Prepare reports based on performance metrics and team input
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
Manage client relationships at both local and regional levels, coordinating with corporate staff to maximize business opportunities
Create a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining high-caliber staff
Delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain required certifications/licensing as directed by regional or state guidelines
Address and resolve errors and complaints with clients and team members
Support subordinates in daily operations and step in as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 plus bonus
