Waste Water Engineer

About the Role:
As a Wastewater Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor on municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects, supporting treatment facilities, pump stations, and infrastructure upgrades. You’ll collaborate with in-house construction teams, project managers, and clients to bring practical, cost-effective solutions to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, model, and optimize wastewater treatment and conveyance systems.

  • Support design-build project delivery with drawings, specifications, and technical input.

  • Partner with construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to execution.

  • Conduct site assessments and provide field engineering support.

  • Assist with permitting and compliance documentation.

  • Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus).

  • PE license preferred, or ability to earn within 1–2 years.

  • 7-10 years of wastewater/water infrastructure design or related experience.

  • Knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulics, pumping systems, and municipal regulations.

  • Strong communicator who can thrive in a collaborative, design-build environment.
