About the Role:
As a Wastewater Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor on municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects, supporting treatment facilities, pump stations, and infrastructure upgrades. You’ll collaborate with in-house construction teams, project managers, and clients to bring practical, cost-effective solutions to life.
What You’ll Do:
Design, model, and optimize wastewater treatment and conveyance systems.
Support design-build project delivery with drawings, specifications, and technical input.
Partner with construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to execution.
Conduct site assessments and provide field engineering support.
Assist with permitting and compliance documentation.
Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus).
PE license preferred, or ability to earn within 1–2 years.
7-10 years of wastewater/water infrastructure design or related experience.
Knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulics, pumping systems, and municipal regulations.
Strong communicator who can thrive in a collaborative, design-build environment.
