Duties include:
· Works with team lead to plan, analyze, and prioritize target customers.
· Identify customer needs and issues, and suggests products that can address the needs.
· Identify unique opportunities to create the need for products.
· Build the business relationship to include establishing new direct customers and distributors.
· Keeps current on market business and product trends. Pursue in-depth product knowledge and acquire deeper selling, technical and financial skills.
· Training customers on product and service capabilities.
· May assist management in devising sales plans and strategies.
· Report daily, weekly and monthly activity to Customer Segment Leader.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in business, engineering or management.
· Typically requires four to five years of experience within the industry.
· Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
· May consult with senior peers on certain projects.
· Experience negotiating distributor contracts a plus.
· Proven communication, sales, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently.
· Solid product knowledge for customer segment
