Operations Manager

Overview:
A rapidly growing ESCO is looking to for a proven Operations Manager to oversee all Project Managers and their teams in the Phoenix or California market.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Turnkey project leadership
  • Responsible for oversight of all operations to achieve personnel and company revenue growth goals
  • Will work with all aspects of the organization to ensure satisfactory job completion as well as revenue goals
  • Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
  • Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company values
 
Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • MBA Preferred
 
Experience Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Organized and great at managing time
  • Proven leadership overseeing engineering, technicians, and/or support staff
  • Must be comfortable in a client interfacing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
