Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including split systems, rooftop units, chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, and more.
Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
Test systems for proper operation and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and reports using mobile or paper systems.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding services performed and recommendations.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC/R preferred.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal required).
2+ years of experience in HVAC/R service or installation.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, refrigerants, and control systems.
Ability to use tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment properly and safely.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
