The primary mission of the Sales Executive role is to drive new business development for facility projects with large commercial and industrial clients. In this position, you will partner with internal subject matter experts to identify and sell turnkey facility solutions, while working closely with engineers and project managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. We're seeking someone who can deliver consultative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and support facility management strategies that safeguard and strengthen their bottom line.
Proactively generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking to build a strong pipeline of leads and interested prospects.
Assess clients’ current facility spend and operational strategies—across areas such as building envelope, roofing, lighting, HVAC, mechanical systems, BMS controls, and sustainability—to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal subject matter experts to develop and refine project scopes that align with client goals, meet ROI and payback requirements, and support overall sales objectives.
Ensure all projects align with profitability targets and operational margin expectations.
Identify complex, multifaceted project opportunities and engage the necessary internal resources to develop complete turnkey solutions.
Collaborate in a team setting with sales engineers and project managers to deliver maximum value to the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Approach sales opportunities with resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a flexible mindset that adapts to each client’s specific needs.
Willingness to travel out of region as needed, with an expected travel commitment of 40–60%.
