Business Development Leader to drive sales growth in the San Antonio metro area. This high-level sales role focuses on targeting the owner-direct market, selling large-scale existing building projects with a primary emphasis on
commercial roofing applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship building, and technical sales within the roofing or MEP project sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers and property owners.
- Evaluate existing roofing systems and identify effective solutions for commercial clients.
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Strategically grow sales within the San Antonio metro market by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or MEP project sales.
- Strong background in consultative sales and business development.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
