Job Summary:
A leading building envelope contractor, one of the fastest-growing firms in the industry, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand its home markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company has doubled in size over the past year, scaling from $100M to $200M, and is now looking for a dynamic sales leader to build on this momentum.
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales executive with a strong track record in construction, industrial, or building solutions sales. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, leadership, and a results-driven mindset to elevate the company’s market position and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed company targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, developers, general contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Leverage CRM and data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and pipeline management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the mechanical, elevator, roofing, or building envelope sector.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on performance-driven culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
