Job Description The Senior Implementation Project Manager (Senior IPM) is a full-time technical position within the Strategic Programs division of our client. serving as an Owner’s Representative, the Senior IPM is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and closing of energy and retro-commissioning projects for client hospitals as part of a portfolio energy program.
The Senior IPM is responsible for ensuring that the project scope is well defined, clearly communicated and understood; project schedules and costs are effectively managed according to plan; and project status is regularly and transparently reported to both internal and client stakeholders. Working closely with the Strategic Programs Director, Operations Director, internal teammates, and contractor partners, the Senior IPM leads cross functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the delight of the client. This position is based in Nashville, TN, however remote work is acceptable. The Senior IPM reports to the Director of Operations. Experience Requirements
Managing complex project plans and budgets, identifying task dependencies and risks, and prioritizing critical path activities
Working with multiple contractors on multiple projects at one time
Ensuring projects are thoroughly planned and expectations are clearly and consistently communicated
Understanding complex solutions and communicating internal and external deliverable requirements
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
Monitoring progress against project objectives, including budget and schedule performance, and regularly reporting project status to stakeholders
Leading effective, efficient, and collaborative project team meetings
Holding contractors accountable for schedule adherence
Identifying project conflicts, developing solution options, and appropriately elevating critical issues as necessary
Prioritizing and dispatching limited resources to projects with the most critical need
Assigning and overseeing Project Coordinator resources
Organizing and managing project change order requests and RFIs
Appropriately engaging SMEs and technical resources as necessary
Solid grasp of data analysis and project performance metrics
Diagnosing challenges quickly and leading collaborative solution discussions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, related field, or equivalent experience
Ten or more years of industry leadership construction Project Management
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders and internal team members
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Outstanding leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Act as a servant-leader and mentor both within and outside the company

Healthcare facilities HVAC experience
Building operations and automation/controls experience
