About the Role:
We are a private equity-backed commercial roofing and building envelope contractor entering a major growth phase—and we’re seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Palm Beach branch. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for building structure, driving field performance, and helping scale operations in a fast-moving, high-demand market.

You’ll work alongside a proven President with deep experience in scaling service and project operations across Florida. This role is tailor-made for someone who wants to lead from the front and build something meaningful.

While roofing experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates coming from HVAC, elevator, mechanical, or other technical contracting industries with strong service and field execution backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for service and production teams in commercial roofing/building envelope

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while meeting financial targets

• Manage workforce planning, job scheduling, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance

• Implement and improve operational systems to support rapid and scalable growth

• Recruit, train, and develop field talent while building a culture of performance and accountability

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, estimating, and leadership teams to align on business goals

• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and profitability metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• Operations leadership experience in commercial roofing OR in a related trade such as HVAC, elevator, or mechanical contracting

• Strong understanding of field operations, labor management, and construction workflows

• Track record of building and managing successful crews in service-heavy, fast-paced environments

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
