Serve as the voice of the customer, gather, and report market trends and anticipate customer wants and needs.
Add distribution to fills gaps and grow sales.
Identify, develop, deliver, and manage programs that grow revenues or defray costs while developing corresponding marketing collateral and supporting trade shows.
Utilize social media and e-commerce to continue to develop and grow parts business within assigned territory.
Forecast sales and report results, including but not limited to revenues, profits, and expenses by customer and by line of business. Analyze, draw conclusions, and direct next steps with supporting evidence.
Manage sales growth through information communication, assisting distributors through strong relationships. Set distributor quotas and create business plans.
Update distribution contract agreement and hold distributors accountable for compliance.
Travel throughout assigned region to build relationships with distribution partners and Service and Parts offices.
Audit and coach on site, including best practices for stock rotation, hiring and training, inside and outside sales, and reach to the installed base of equipment.
Manage by influence and align the activities of functions, such as order management, product management and pricing, and the sales channels.
Effectively communicate and promote products and services.
